How does pre-ordering compare with full price?
Pre-ordering costs $300 less and comes with a longer warranty and 6 months of membership, while buying at full price later comes with a 30-day return window.

Why are you offering pre-orders?
Pre-orders let you reserve one of the 100 masks in our first production run before it ships.
In exchange for waiting, you get the lower price, the longer warranty and 6 months of membership. Pre-ordering suits you if you're comfortable waiting until December and deciding before you can try the mask at home. If you'd like to see it first, you can try it on before you order.
Is $399 a deposit?
No. $399 is the full price of the mask, and nothing more is due from us when it ships.
At checkout: $399 CAD, plus sales tax based on your province or territory.
When your mask ships: $0.
Shipping: standard shipping within Canada is included.
Eligible customers can also choose Shop Pay Installments at checkout. Instalments may start before your mask arrives and continue after it ships, but there is no extra charge from Morphace at shipping.
Eligibility, payment schedules and any interest are set by Shop Pay's terms.
When will my mask ship?
We estimate that our first run of 100 masks will ship on December 12, 2026.
This is an estimated shipping date, so we can't guarantee arrival by a specific day, including Christmas. We ship within Canada only, and we'll send you status updates by email, and by text if you've opted in.
What if shipping is delayed?
We'll tell you the new date by email, and by text if you've opted in, and you can still cancel for a full refund until your mask ships.
Can I cancel my pre-order?
Yes. You can cancel for a full refund any time until your mask ships.

Can I return a pre-order after it ships?
Pre-orders can't be returned for a change of mind once they ship, but your warranty and consumer protection rights still apply.
Full-price purchases include 30-day returns, with return shipping paid by us.
Your consumer protection rights stay in place either way, including remedies for defective products, misrepresentation or delivery failures.
What if something is wrong with my mask?
Your pre-order comes with a 3-year warranty that starts the day your mask arrives.
If something is wrong with your order or your mask, email us at info@morphace.com and we'll sort it out with you. Full-price purchases come with a 1-year warranty.
